Founded in the 1970s by Late E. C. Cherian (Kunjomon), Bharath Coffee began as hand-roasted coffee from a home in Edavettal, Kangazha. Built on humility, discipline, and faith, and guided by the Almighty God, the foundation he laid continues to be built upon today — and that is why, at Bharath Coffee, every sip tells a story.

THE FOUNDER'S JOURNEY
Born in 1952, E. C. Cherian (Kunjomon) was a man of deep faith and unwavering determination. He began his coffee journey in the early 1970s, building everything in-house. Through tireless work, discipline, and most of all, by God's grace, he perfected his craft and built a reputation for quality and authenticity.

Resilient, practical, and visionary, he has scaled the business while preserving its exact pure special blend and core values. Guided by faith in the Almighty God, he has strengthened what was built and prepared Bharath Coffee for the future — knowing this is where every sip tells a story. He also has been expanding the legacy through the creation of Hima Mist and other brands.
